What we offer:

2 coached strength training sessions per week and 2 group training sessions

Personalised strength training program for beginners and guidance/discussion for advanced athletes

No expectation that you will compete; perfect for beginners wanting to build strength too

Train alongside world and national record holders

Access to specialist equipment (texas bars, safety squat bar etc)
How to get involved:

Join CUCF (£15/year)

Join the private CUCF powerlifting facebook group for updates on ad-hoc sessions

Join Cardiff University Gym (£165/year)

Turn up (map, timetable)
Required Competency:
-
Coached sessions (wed/sun) - no previous excercise experience required
-
Non-coached sessions - Must be able to safely perform all the movements specified for session
-
Must be physically healthy or have doctor's approval to commence exercise
