Olympic Weightlifting

 

What we offer:

  • 2 coached strength training sessions per week and 3 group training sessions

  • Personalised strength training program for beginners and guidance/discussion for advanced athletes

  • No expectation that you will compete; perfect for beginners too

  • Access to specialist equipment (female competition weightlifting barbbell)

 

How to get involved:

 

Required Competency:

  • Coached sessions (wed/sun) - no previous excercise experience required

  • Non-coached sessions - Must be able to safely perform all the movements specified for session

  • Must be physically healthy or have doctor's approval to commence exercise
