Intro Course  (starts 30th Sep, further start dates TBC)

 

What we offer:

  • 4 week course to develop technique, strength and confidence alongside various strength sports

  • 2 coached sessions per week in a small group, 1 additional programmed session

  • Introductory strength program which shows you're getting stronger

  • Relaxed technique centered sessions with personal attention from experienced coaches

  • Learn how to stabilise your body, correct movement patterns and develop your own training plan

 

How to get involved:

 

Required Competency:

  • No prior exercise experience required

  • Must be physically healthy or have doctor's approval to commence exercise
