General Physical Prep Training

 

What we offer:

  • ~4 * 1 hour classes per week of strength and conditioning tailored to your personal goals

  • Get stronger and fitter as an end goal or to progress towards a strength sport

  • Accessible sessions; basic movements performed at an intensity suitable for you

  • Dedicated, seperate, strength and fitness components (not like CrossFit 'metcons')

  • Qualified coaches and a friendly, supportive atmosphere

 

How to get involved:

  • Join CUCF (£15/year)

  • Join the private CUCF GPP facebook group for updates

  • Join Cardiff University Gym (£165/year)

  • Turn up (map) to a coached session on either Wednesday (8-9pm) or Sunday (5:30-7:30pm)

    • If you know what you're doing, turn up to any GPP session confirmed on the group

 

Required Competency:

  • No prior exercise experience required

  • Must be physically healthy or have doctor's approval to commence exercise
