Functional Fitness

 

What we offer:

  • Regular weekly training sessions towards the sport of CrossFit

    • We are not affiliated with CrossFit; these are functional fitness sessions designed to improve your performance when competing at a CrossFit (or similar) event, and they'll keep you in great shape!

    • Beginners very welcome and aren't expected to compete if they don't want to

  • Personal attention from experienced coaches

  • Well established and tailored programs

  • Learn how to stabilise your body, correct movement patterns and develop your own training

  • Get pushed by our coaches and a supportive group training environment

  • Access to specialist equipment (speed ropes, wall balls etc)

 

How to get involved:

 

Required Competency:

  • Coached sessions (wed/sun) - no previous excercise experience required

  • Non-coached sessions - Must be able to safely perform all the movements specified for session

  • Must be physically healthy or have doctor's approval to commence exercise

Intermediate/Advanced Athletes

If you already know what you're doing and are interested in CUCF, drop us a message and we'll be excited to talk shop with you and hopefully meet up for a workout or a chat.
